Pamela Pardoe currently focuses her practice in probate and civil litigation matters including will contests, probate and trust actions, accounting disputes, divorce and family law matters, and estate and trust planning. She also handles a variety of business matters, including transactional matters, business formation, business disputes, real estate, and employment disputes. Her experience preparing personal and fiduciary income tax returns as well as handling general tax matters is a complement to all areas of her practice.
Ms. Pardoe began her career as a litigator in a small general practice law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, handling a diverse caseload in a variety of forums including District Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court, Housing Court, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, and numerous administrative bodies. While working towards her LL.M. degree in Taxation, Ms. Pardoe was employed in the telecommunications department of Tetra Tech Wireless, Inc., combining her legal background with project management skills to help design and develop the infrastructures for wireless carriers. Most notably, she worked on “Ricochet,” which was among the country’s first wireless data service networks.
Upon obtaining her LL.M. degree, Ms. Pardoe returned to private practice at the law firm of Broude & Hochberg, LLP, in Boston, Massachusetts, as a litigator, focusing primarily on probate and transactional matters. She continued concentrating on probate litigation including complex trust disputes and family law matters while working at Taylor, Ganson & Perrin, LLP, also in Boston. Ms. Pardoe joined Gallagher & Cavanaugh in August 2012.
Ms. Pardoe lives in Lexington, Massachusetts, with her husband and two sons.
Ms. Pardoe was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1995 and California in 2000. She was also admitted to practice before the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Bar in 1997.

Ms. Pardoe is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of the Greater Lowell Health Alliance Substance Use and Prevention Task Force and formerly served on the board of the Lexington Newcomers Club.
