Gallagher & Cavanaugh’s criminal defense group includes former prosecutors who currently practice before the District and Superior Courts throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  We represent defendants at all stages of prosecution, from clerk magistrate’s hearings through trials and appeals, and in the following areas:
