Attorney Cridler has substantial experience counseling business clients on employment matters. His current practice focuses primarily on employment counseling and litigation, as well as transactional matters to assist clients with a variety of business needs.
Prior to entering law school, Attorney Cridler spent eight years in a Baltimore, Maryland courtroom as a courtroom clerk. He started his legal career in Massachusetts as a litigator for small and midsize Boston-area law firms before transitioning into a predominantly transactional and employment-based practice.
Attorney Cridler is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Cridler is currently a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for Reading Community Television (RCTV). He spends his spare time with his family and remains as active as he can with his daughter’s growing list of activities, helping coach her flag football and lacrosse teams. His hobbies include photography and playing music, though musical performances are usually limited to a captive audience of one, his yellow Labrador, Ruthie.
