Areas of Practice

Attorney Lee has substantial jury trial experience in both the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts. His current practice focuses on the areas of construction, products, business, and real estate litigation; business formation and counseling; and criminal defense. 

Personal/Professional Experience

Attorney Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea. He started his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Middlesex, Massachusetts and then served as Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Boston before entering the private sector.

Attorney Lee is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.

Activities

Attorney Lee is currently a director of the Common Ground Development Corporation, a director and officer of the Angkor Dance Troupe, and director of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, former member of the Human Rights Committee of LifeLinks, Inc., former co-chair of the Chelmsford Cultural Council, and former Board Member of the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association, and New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
